De Luwte

The Luwte is a unique and special building suitable for a business meeting, lecture, product presentation, or business dinner! Let yourself be surprised and inspired by the possibilities.

The Luwte is sustainable due to the reuse of various materials. The building is entirely made of demolition and cultivation wood. The walls are made from planks of an old factory floor (over 100 years old!). The trusses are made of fir cultivation wood and the roof consists of acacia pruning wood. No forest has been cut down, only pruned.

The glass wall faces south, allowing the building to be heated largely by the sun. The remaining heating comes from underfloor heating. The lights mainly operate on sensors.
