De Luwte

The Luwte is a unique and special building suitable for a business meeting, lecture, product presentation or business dinner! Let yourself be surprised and inspired by the possibilities.

The Luwte is sustainable due to the reuse of various materials. The building is entirely constructed from demolition and cultivation wood. The walls are made from planks of an old factory floor (over 100 years old!). The trusses are made from fir cultivation wood and the roof consists of acacia pruning wood. No forest has been cut down, only pruned.

The glass wall is oriented towards the south, which allows the building to be heated for a large part. The remaining heating comes from the underfloor heating. The lights mostly work on sensors.
