De Luwte

The Luwte is a unique and special building suitable for a business meeting, lecture, product presentation, or business dinner! Let yourself be surprised and inspired by the possibilities.

The Luwte is sustainable due to the reuse of various materials. The building is entirely constructed from demolition and cultivation wood. The walls consist of planks from an old factory floor (over 100 years old!). The beams are made of fir cultivation wood, and the roof is made of acacia pruning wood. No forest has been cut down, only pruned.

The glass wall is oriented to the south, allowing the building to be heated largely by the sun. The remaining heating comes from the underfloor heating. The lights mainly operate on sensors.
