About the space
A size smaller than the North Strip; intimate, completely blackout and full of character: the Underskate is our most popular space. It is right next to the gates that connect the warehouse to our Docklands in no time. With its 7-meter high wooden ceiling and 1500m² floor area, it is a versatile space that adapts effortlessly to all your wishes.
The Underskate is easily accessible, with large sliding doors leading to the Docklands. Moreover, you have a beautiful view of the monumental and often photographed round walls. The Underskate can be well closed off with curtains or sea containers, so you can create your own space(s) without losing the character of the warehouse.
