About the space
Popularly known as the Mayor's Hall. Not only because the hall looks impressive, but also because De Groene Afslag was opened by no less than five mayors in office (the terrain is located right in the heart of the 5 Gooise municipalities).
In De Groene Zaal, there are 4 heavy wooden tables, made from a 199-year-old Red Beech tree from Beatrix's garden (really!) But because we have learned that large beech tables can also create a distance within group dynamics, we have put them on wheels. This allows for a circle setup in this hall as well.
You can have a nice 'natural' meeting among the plants and birds. If that's not enough, you can display your own images on a sturdy LED screen. In addition, there is a roll of a kilometer of brown wrapping paper as an inventive flip chart for the better brown paper sessions.
