If you think: “Let me rent the whole BarBiertje...” then
you can! Private parties are actually our favorite! With such a large number of guests, it’s much nicer to open all the spaces. You should think of at least 150 guests. Do you have a smaller number? Then you'll deal with empty spaces and group formations, which is a shame for the atmosphere. Anyway, “The whole BarBier” means: all spaces open!

Fun from start to finish
The great thing about this option is that as it gets later and people gradually head home, we can adjust the size of the café. We often first close the garden and the garden room, then The Flessenkelder (access to the restrooms will of course remain open) so that you can still enjoy a cozy and intimate atmosphere with the remaining guests until the end of your event.

Other benefits
Another benefit is that no outsiders can come in (our host or hostess checks this carefully at the door!). You also don’t have to deal with other parties that might be happening at the same time. The BarBiertje is then really all yours. This way, you don’t have to consider others and you have complete control. Don’t forget to arrange other parties like your catering, musicians, and setup in time.
