Kgotla-plek

The Kgotlaplek is inspired by a traditional meeting format, the 'Kgotla'. In Botswana, tribal leaders give all participants the opportunity to share their opinions during a meeting. Only after everyone has had their say does the tribal leader make a well-considered decision.
