Q.E.D. stands for 'that which had to be proven'. At Fort Resort Beemster, we no longer need to prove ourselves in the field of gastronomy and hospitality. But we would now also like you to experience it on the water. Enjoy sailing through World Heritage De Beemster, Waterland & surroundings for business and festive gatherings.

The Q.E.D. is an authentic barge restored into a luxury salon boat. Previously, this beautiful ship was moored in Amsterdam at the Amstel hotel, but now it is located in the Beemster and has been sailing under the flag of Fort Resort Beemster since 2018. The Q.E.D. has a beautiful bar, modern kitchen, toilet, heating, wifi & audio equipment with usb and has a capacity for a maximum of 32 people and seating for 22 people. On the Q.E.D., you can enjoy a special sailing experience with friends, relations, colleagues, or family during a drink, lunch, high tea, or dinner. Taste seasonal dishes made in the modern kitchen and enjoy matching wines on board the Q.E.D. The skipper sails towards Amsterdam or the beautiful Alkmaardermeer.
