Restaurant - Bar Bistro Bureau - B.1

Call it a bar. Call it a bistro. Call it your workplace. Or your living room. It is the place where the dishes of our chef speak for themselves and where you eat at the table and drink at the bar. Or the other way around, if that's what you feel like. Inside we have a large bar that divides the space in two. From the open kitchen, chefs Sander van Weelden and John van der Maden look out over the seating area of the venue. This space is fully flexible for drinks, dinners, and (corporate) parties. The large doors can be opened in the summer, so if desired, the rooftop garden can also be part of your event.

Upon request, it is also possible to rent Bureau entirely for private dinners and parties. We work with a location rental and a revenue guarantee as standard, both of which depend on the duration and timing of the event. Soundproof panels hang between the windows, allowing us to easily blackout all the windows. We have also built a network with the most diverse artists through our own programming and years of experience in events. From DJ to live music, from background to sing-along.
