The largest and most industrial hall of the Van Nelle Factory
The Tobacco Factory is with 4500 m² the largest space within the Van Nelle Factory and offers an impressive decor for conferences, corporate parties, and fairs for 250 to 4000 people.

The monumentality of the hall is immediately felt as soon as you step inside. The hall consists of three characteristic parts: the front with imposing columns, the middle with a lighted truss structure, and the back with impressive industrial heights. The open layout and the floor-to-ceiling windows on one side give the space a unique, spacious appearance. Thanks to the state-of-the-art acoustics, the hall is also suitable for various events, from speaker programs to live performances. The hall can be flexibly divided using pipe & drape, allowing for both large-scale and more intimate events. The space is available for full or partial rental.

Central entrance and connecting foyer

Entrance 12 forms the link between the Tobacco Factory and the Coffee Factory. This entrance is directly adjacent to the parking lot and offers 200 m² of space for reception, cloakroom, and/or digital registration. This makes Entrance 12 the ideal gateway to a professional and welcoming event.
