The former bistro Bottles & Jars, located in the NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace hotel, is making way for Vermeers Wijnkamer – a stylish anteroom of Restaurant Vermeer. Here you can enjoy an excellent glass of wine without a full dinner reservation.
The Wijnkamer is open daily from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM – on Fridays and Saturdays until 1:00 AM.
The Wijnkamer is curated by chef Sebastian Baquero Garces and sommelier Dannis Apeldoorn and embodies the characteristic quality and refinement of Vermeer. Carefully selected wines are served by the glass and paired with refined bites that seamlessly match the signature of the restaurant.
