At Cinemajestic, you can hold a party until 01:00 AM. If desired, it is possible to apply for a permit for an indoor party that can last until 03:00 AM. However, we can only do this a few times per year.

Changing the Number of Persons Changes in the number of persons, up to a maximum of 25% of the reservation, can be communicated free of charge up to 4 days before the start. – In case of cancellation of more than 25% of the originally reserved number of persons, 100% cancellation fees will be charged for the number of persons exceeding this percentage. – In case of cancellation of the number of persons less than 4 days before the start, we will charge the originally reserved number of persons. Note: We reserve the right to change the venue mentioned in the specification. Cancellations must be communicated both verbally and in writing (via email). It is not allowed to provide and/or consume brought food and beverages without prior consultation. Cancellation Terms for Groups For cancellations of confirmed reservations up to 25 persons, the following conditions apply (these conditions also apply to bookings by one or more individuals): A. For complete cancellation up to 8 days before the booked time, the customer can cancel free of charge. B. In case of cancellation up to 7 days in advance, the customer must pay 50% of the reservation value. C. In case of cancellation 2 days or less in advance, the customer must pay 75% of the reservation value. For cancellations of confirmed reservations from 26 persons onward, we follow the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). Summarized, these conditions include the following: (Article 9.4.2) When a reservation is made for a group, the following applies to the cancellation of that reservation. A. In case of cancellation more than 6 months before the time when, according to the relevant catering agreement, the first catering service should be provided, the customer is not obliged to pay any compensation to the hospitality business. B. In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the intended time, the customer is obliged to pay 10% of the reservation value to the hospitality business. C. In case of cancellation more than 2 months before the intended time, the customer is obliged to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hospitality business. D. In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the intended time, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hospitality business. E. In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the intended time, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hospitality business. F. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the intended time, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hospitality business. G. In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the intended time, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hospitality business. Exception: We make every effort to resell the canceled reservation. If we succeed in reselling the canceled reservation, the cancellation fees will be waived. We only know this for sure after the intended meeting has ended.
