A party at Club Claar may, upon agreement, last until 01:00.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation between the date the client confirms the event at Club Claar and 6 months before the reserved event, the client is liable for 10% of the reservation value; a. For cancellations between 6 months and 5 weeks before the reserved event, the client is liable for 25% of the reservation value; b. For cancellations between 5 weeks and 14 days before the reserved event, the client is liable for 50% of the reservation value; c. For cancellations within 14 days or less before the reserved event, the client is liable for 75% of the reservation value; Postponement: The budget and communicated prices are based on the reserved execution date. When an event is postponed, the budget will be adjusted to the prices corresponding to the new execution date. Additionally, a postponement of the event within six months before the execution date incurs modification costs. a. For postponements between 6 months and 5 weeks before the reserved event, the client is liable for 10% of the reservation value; b. For postponements between 5 weeks and 14 days before the reserved event, the client is liable for 25% of the reservation value; c. For postponements within 14 days or less before the reserved event, the client is liable for 50% of the reservation value; A cancellation of an event transforms into a postponement once the new date for the event is confirmed in writing by both the client and Club Claar.
