About
Tijdens je bezoek aan onze buitenlocatie beleef je onze liefde voor natuur. Deze passie hebben wij op alle mogelijke manieren verweven met onze vergaderboerderij. Vanuit onze kernwaarden: groen, authentiek, gastvrij en doeltreffend, garanderen we je een onvergetelijke beleving op een bijzondere plek.
Wij hebben 4 buitengewone kenmerken:
1. Groen vergaderen. Zowel binnen als buiten is de natuur het belangrijkste ingrediënt. Want in het groen ben je creatiever, meer ontspannen en werk je makkelijker samen.
2. Wetenschappelijk vergaderen. Joyce, onze huispsycholoog, heeft met wetenschappelijk onderzoek 5 unieke vergaderruimtes ingericht. De ruimte helpt je dus jouw doel bereiken.
3. Culinair vergaderen. Je eet bijzonder lekkere Breinkost voor optimale hersenactiviteit. Lokaal, seizoensgebonden en vers uit onze boerenkeuken. En we houden van knotsgoeie koffie!
4. Persoonlijke locatie. Zoals Tom verwoordt na zijn inspirerende reis voorafgaand aan De Polderij: “Mi casa es su casa”. Je komt bij ons thuis dus voel je thuis.

Subliem! Gewoon Doen!
Ik ben een hospitality guru, na 25 jaar internationaal hotellerie en events, heb ik veel gezien en gedaan om een eerlijk beoordeling te kunnen geven. De Polderij is "one of a kind" het gebouw is onwijs warm en gezellig, toch van alle duurzaamheid en equipment voorzien. Ze zijn, de hele team, uitzonderlijk onwijs vriendelijk en professioneel, ze denken mee en alles is altijd ( na 12 trainingen van 8 uur in laatste 6

Here you will find practical information about the location.
Outdoor location De Polderij is easily accessible by car. You can park for free (50 parking spaces), there are 2 charging stations and the location is 5 minutes by car from the highway (A20).
Metro station Maassluis Centrum is a 12 minute walk from De Polderij. It is a 30 minute ride from Rotterdam Blaak station. Public transport bicycles are also available. Did you know that De Polderij can also be reached by water taxi?
Sustainable location De Polderij is happy to collaborate with the Delta Hotel in Vlaardingen (<6km, commute possible) for social reasons. However, you can also visit Hotel Maassluis, a 20-minute walk from De Polderij.
We love cooking at our culinary location. We have a somewhat special cuisine at De Polderij: we serve food for thought. Snacks and drinks that keep your brain in optimal condition. Local, organic and extremely tasty. We basically cook vegetarian. Are you carnivore? Let us know!
At De Polderij we will party with you until 00:30h. Please note: we are a party location with a love for nature. So from 11:00p.m. you can continue your party indoors.
At our sustainable location we work 'minimal waste' and purchase locally, seasonally and custom-made. This means that at De Polderij we can take changes in numbers into account up to 10 days before your event. After, we charge so-called 'waste costs'. We deal with this as flexibly as possible.
Meetings in nature are possible in the Randstad. De Polderij is located near the Nieuwe Waterweg, in the middle the polder (nature) and between Rotterdam and The Hague. We are easily accessible by public transport, bicycle, car and water taxi. De Polderij is a 5-minute drive from the A20. You can park for free in the public parking lot next to De Polderij. Do you drive electric? Great! We have a charging station.
