Private lunches or dinners, cocktails, meetings, and customized events for up to 350 people; everything is possible! There are two separate bars in Hard Rock Cafe Amsterdam, both suitable for cocktails and parties. A DJ set, mixer, and sound system are also available if needed. The Metal & Legends Room are perfect for meetings and private events. All meeting facilities can be arranged, and combinations are possible, such as a meeting followed by a closing dinner!
No event venue has as unique an origin story as the Hard Rock Cafe. It was opened in 1971 by Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton because they missed truly American food in London. Eric Clapton was one of the regulars in 1979, and when the restaurant gained popularity, he hung his guitar over his chair to mark his spot. This marked the beginning of the memorabilia collection, and now there are over 80,000 unique items displayed in restaurants and hotels worldwide.

The Q-Park Byzantium car park is close to Leidseplein, Vondelpark, PC Hooftstraat and entertainment centers such as the Melkweg, Paradiso, Stadsschouwburg and theater De la Mar. The parking garage offers space for 450 cars and is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. There is also a charging point for electric cars. In addition to being a unique location, the cafe is also very easily accessible by bicycle, public transport, car and also on foot. The Hard Rock Café is located in the middle of the entertainment heart of Amsterdam; A 2-minute walk from Leidseplein, next to the Holland Casino and Paradiso and sights such as the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum and the Heineken Experience are within walking distance. These sights are therefore easy to combine with an event with us!

Hard Rock Cafe Amsterdam is located in Max Euweplein, which is an area exclusively for pedestrians and bicycles. Vehicles are permitted access up until 11 am. Please contact us prior to your event, so that we can advise on the accessibility by car.
