In our family business, we create unique event experiences with our dedicated and engaged team and our full-service concept. We always aim to exceed expectations and collaborate to deliver successful events. Where do we do this? In our completely renovated event venue! With new spaces, a completely different layout, state-of-the-art technology, and the largest projection decor in the Netherlands, we strive to make every gathering special.
\nOur venue boasts 2 event areas and 22 sub-rooms. In our plenary spaces, we have spectacular stages with projection decors covering 81 m2 and spanning 45 meters wide. Additionally, we have a 3,000 m2 hospitality area with natural light, a large Lounge & Work area, and a charming, green garden spanning 2,150 m2. This ensures ample space for your guests to meet, network, and relax. We cater to corporate gatherings ranging from 40 to 3,000 guests.
\nBy the way, the NBC is incredibly accessible. Whether by public transport – the tram from Utrecht Central stops right outside – or by car via the A2, A12, and A27, reaching us is a breeze. Parking is free with 1,300 spots available around our venue.

In the parking lot surrounding the NBC Congress Center, there are 1,300 free parking spaces and 25 charging points for electric cars. Plan your route via Google Maps. We've already entered our address.
The NBC is easily accessible by public transport. Trams 20 and 21 will get you to the NBC from Utrecht Central Station within 15 minutes. When you disembark at Zuilenstein stop, you'll be right in front of the NBC's entrance. Plan your route via NS or 9292.
We don't have hotel facilities on our premises for guests. If you're looking to stay near the NBC Congress Center before or after your event, there are several hotels in the immediate vicinity, such as Van der Valk Hotel Utrecht or Fletcher Hotel Nieuwegein. Are you organizing an event with us? Then we have two suites available for organizers in our NBC tower. This way, event organizers hosting a gathering with us can start their event well-rested. Both suites have access to a communal living kitchen and feature a private bathroom. You can request more information and prices from us.

The NBC Congress Center is centrally located just outside the city limits of Utrecht, near the A2, A12, and A27 highways. You can reach the NBC within a few minutes from the highway. Plan your route via Google Maps to have the most up-to-date traffic information. In front of the NBC Congress Center, there are 1,300 free parking spaces and 25 charging points for electric cars. In the rare event that the parking lot at the NBC is full, you can use the P+R Westraven. From the P+R, it's just one tram stop back to the NBC.
