BarTender is a cozy cocktail bar and event location at Mauritsweg 33 in Rotterdam. Just 200 meters from Rotterdam Central, you can organize corporate parties, networking drinks, Christmas drinks, product launches, and team outings. The venue accommodates up to 200 standing or 75 seated guests. Exclusive hire is also possible.

From the first cocktail to the last dance 
Your guests step inside and are welcomed in a warm, lively cocktail bar. The lighting is atmospheric, the music is playing, and bartenders are preparing the first cocktails behind the bar. While colleagues catch up, appetizers are served.

Opt for a more extensive program? Then the neighboring restaurant L'Ouest provides a walking dinner. Small dishes are served in different courses. This way, guests can keep mingling, networking, and enjoying.

Later in the evening, the DJ takes over. The music gets louder, the atmosphere becomes more exuberant, and the dance floor comes alive. BarTender transforms from a relaxed drink location into a vibrant party venue. This way, you organize a complete evening without changing locations.

Cocktail workshops and original team outings 
Do you want to bring colleagues together in a different way? Then step behind the bar yourself during a cocktail workshop. An experienced bartender shows how to work with shakers, fresh ingredients, and homemade syrups.

In 1 to 1.5 hours, participants make two cocktails. In between, they explore different flavors and spirits during a tasting. Prefer no alcohol? Then you can make surprising mocktails. A cocktail workshop can be booked from € 35 per person. With matching bites, you pay € 40 per person.

Prefer to enjoy in a relaxed manner? Then choose a High Cocktail or High Gin. You taste two handcrafted cocktails with matching bites for € 44.50 per person. These packages are suitable for groups of up to 18 persons and are also available alcohol-free.

Catering and packages for every corporate party 
A good corporate drink calls for delicious drinks and suitable bites. At BarTender, you choose from various packages tailored to your gathering.

A drink package for four hours starts at € 48 per person. With this, guests enjoy unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks. Want to make it more festive? Then there are more extensive packages with prosecco, mixed drinks, and selected cocktails.

For food, you also have various options. Choose warm bites served in rounds. Or make it a complete evening with a walking dinner of three, four, or five courses, provided by the neighboring restaurant L'Ouest.

A corporate drink with four hours of drinks and two rounds of bites is possible from € 59 per person. If you combine the same drink package with a walking dinner of three courses, you will pay approximately € 70.50 per person.

With a drink package, you do not pay separate room rental. All mentioned prices include VAT and are indicative. For exclusive hire on Saturdays, a minimum turnover guarantee applies upon request.

Practical and easily accessible 
BarTender is located at Mauritsweg 33, about 200 meters from Rotterdam Central. This makes it easy for colleagues and clients to travel by public transport to your event.

Practical facilities are also considered. For a speech, presentation, or award ceremony, a presentation screen and microphones are available. These are included in your event. 
Want to end the evening with music? Through BarTender, you can book a DJ from € 300. Bringing your own DJ is also possible.

The cocktail bar is normally open from Thursday to Saturday starting at 18:00 hours. For events, the evening can continue until 02:00 hours. Additionally, the terrace is also open until 02:00 hours. Private group meetings are available on request on other days as well.
