With the cozy living room feel of the BOB, you will quickly feel at home. The creaking floor and the sea breeze whisper stories from times gone by, creating a pleasant atmosphere that stimulates creativity and connection. With the rhythmic sound of the waves, this space provides an unforgettable meeting experience. This room is perfect for small groups of up to 6 people.

The Refter is connected to a spacious terrace full of creations made from natural materials by large sliding doors. Next to the greenhouse surrounded by vegetables, herbs, and other crops is the cozy Tiny Bar with a rooftop terrace and sea views. There is space for food trucks, and various seating areas made from recycled materials, hammocks, a large fire pit, and a long marble table. In short, endless possibilities and something for every event! Come here for a presentation for 100 people, brainstorm in groups of up to 40 people, or enjoy a delicious closing BBQ for 150 people.
