The Woonindustrie is centrally located in the Netherlands and boasts a spacious atrium (1,400m2) with a glass roof, accommodating up to 750 seated guests plenarily. Hosting a trade fair is certainly an option, but there is much more potential in this transparent and open space. The daylight in this area adds an unique extra dimension, especially when the sun is shining! We exclusively rent out the venue for large events, ensuring that you, as the client, receive all the attention and allowing us to focus on making your event a success.

With public transportation, De Woonindustrie Events is easily accessible. From Utrecht Central Station, you can reach De Woonindustrie within 15 minutes by tram 20 or 21. Upon exiting at the Nieuwegein Zuilenstein stop, De Woonindustrie Events is clearly visible and just a two-minute walk away.
In the nearby vicinity, there are several large hotels such as the Van Der Valk hotel in Utrecht and the Fletcher hotel in Nieuwegein.
We work with fixed (local) partners for catering, of whose product quality we stand behind.
The parties may last until midnight at the latest.
