Welkom bij HAL22! Een hal gemaakt voor sportievelingen, spelgenieters en pleziermakers. De plek waar fanatiek bezig zijn en fun beleven perfect samengaan. HAL22 heeft met haar 6.500m2 genoeg ruimte om jouw zakelijke (sport)event te organiseren.
Eerst de dag starten met een teamoverleg of een inspiratie sessie? Dat kan in onze San Siro meetingroom of in onze Meet & Move ruimte met de nieuwste audiovisuele middelen.
De dag leuk en actief afsluiten met elkaar? Bij HAL22 kan je op verschillende manieren je energie kwijt. Daag elkaar uit op een van de tien padelbanen of gooi ouderwets een strike op een van onze bowlingbanen. Nog nooit eerder gepadeld? Geen probleem, wij organiseren samen met onze padeltrainers een clinic voor jouw team.
Ook kan je terecht bij HAL22 voor squash, pool, shuffle of snooker.
Bijkomen en napraten na jullie activiteit of teamoverleg kan in onze prachtige centraal gelegen Lounge. Hier serveren wij jou een heerlijke borrel of op maat gemaakt diner.

Topmiddag gehad!
We hebben een zeer geslaagde sportieve team-middag gehad. Alles was uitstekend geregeld en voorbereid. Ook het voortraject met Rick liep heel soepel. Mijn collega's waren allemaal erg enthousiast!
Alles van A tot Z top geregeld!
Vanuit Compliance Factory organiseerden we een bedrijven padel toernooi bij Hal22. Van begin tot eind overtrof het alle verwachtingen en leverde het een onvergetelijke dag op voor alle deelnemers. De padelbanen waren van topklasse. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd beschikbaar om te assisteren bij eventuele vragen. F&B was ook geslaagd! Wij komen weer terug in oktober, absolute aanrader!

Met onze collega's een leuke actieve teambuilding gehad. Zeker een aanrader voor bedrijven! Ook goed geholpen door Rick, uitgebreide draaiboek en de hamburgers zijn heerlijk!

Rick heeft ons uitstekend geholpen met de aanvraag voor ons bedrijf. Mooie locatie, voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Drankjes en hapjes netjes geregeld! Top!

HAL22 has 80 free parking spaces including 2 disabled parking spaces. As HAL22 is located in a business park, we have many parking spaces all around where you can always find a spot.
HAL22 is a 5-minute walk from bus station Savannahweg. Line 73 or line 38 go directly to Utrecht CS or Maarssen.
HAL22 has no overnight accommodation options. 5 minutes away from us is the Carlton President Hotel with 163 rooms. Through us, you have best rate on the rooms.
At HAL22, it is not possible to bring your own catering. Should it be something specific or a collaboration, we can always discuss this. From HAL22, we have many options for catering your event.
At HAL22, you can go until 01:00 for a party night.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation between the date the client confirms the event with HAL22 and 6 months before the reserved event, the client shall owe 10% of the reservation value; a. For a cancellation between 6 months and 5 weeks before the reserved event, the Client shall owe 25% of the reservation value; b. In case of Cancellation between 5 weeks and 14 days before the reserved event the Customer shall pay 50% of the Reservation Value; c. For cancellation between 14 days or less before the reserved event, the client shall owe 75% of the reservation value; Moving: The budget and the prices communicated thereon are based on the reserved performance date. If an event is moved, the budget will be adjusted to the prices associated with that new execution date. A relocation of the event within six months before execution date will additionally incur modification costs. a. For a transfer between 6 months and 5 weeks before the reserved event, the client shall owe 10% of the reservation value; b. In case of a transfer between 5 weeks and 14 days before the reserved event the client shall pay 25% of the reservation value; c. In case of a displacement between 14 days or less before the reserved event the customer shall pay 50% of the reservation value; An event cancellation turns into a displacement once the new date for the event is confirmed in writing by the client and HAL22.
