JP 1886 is a new, unique restaurant and event venue in an iconic location. JP 1886 is housed in the former Verkade Factory in Zaandam, right on the banks of the Zaan River.
Located in the center of Zaandam, close to the central station, JP 1886 occupies the historic Verkade Factory. On one side, JP 1886 boasts a terrace overlooking the Zaan River, and on the other, it adjoins an inner courtyard with another terrace. Inside, JP 186 offers a generous 350m2 of space, spread across various areas. There's the "Verskade" area adjacent to the open kitchen (88m2) for hosting receptions and gatherings, the restaurant (258 m2) built around the open kitchen, and the chef's table room (32 m2) for private dinners and intimate gatherings. It's also possible to book the entire venue exclusively.
Within and around the Verkade Factory, there are additional spaces available for both large and small groups.
