Parkzuid has opened its doors in Amsterdam's most popular park, the Vondelpark. In the former Filmmuseum, locals, athletes, tourists, and families can enjoy a hearty breakfast, a fresh salad, or indulge in some comforting comfort food. Additionally, it serves as an ideal event venue where history and nature converge.

The ground floor of Parkzuid is perfect for a cozy group dinner or an informal gathering. Here, you'll find a tastefully decorated space with elements inspired by the park incorporated into the interior design. Different shades of green, the use of wood, plenty of plants, and a moss wall bring the outdoors inside. The interior feels spacious and brings a touch of nature indoors. Various walls are adorned with paintings or converted into poster walls, paying homage to the history of the Filmmuseum. It's no wonder the restaurant is known as the "living room" of the Vondelpark. Upon request, it's possible to include the entire terrace in your event. This is a unique opportunity since the terrace directly borders the Vondelpark and is one of the largest in the Amsterdam city center. During the summer months, the elevated terrace with its stunning park view is perfect for gatherings and dinners for groups of up to 200 people.

On the first floor, you'll find the authentic studios of Idfa. These rooms feature modern event lighting while preserving the rich history of the monumental building with their beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, and original decorations. Studio A can accommodate presentations for up to 70 people, and Studio B can host groups of up to 150 people.

Behind the tall windows lies the Wintertuin, a glass conservatory adjacent to the terrace. With the Vondelpark right outside the tall windows, the view from both spaces is spectacular. If the world on the other side of the glass is too enticing, the studios can be fully darkened at any time using special curtains.

In addition to the two large studios, Parkzuid offers a breakout room. The French Room is a slightly smaller space that has retained its authentic character. With numerous classic decorative elements and perfect acoustics, it's a beautiful space for small presentations and concerts.
