Nestled in Amsterdam's historic Houthavens, you can find THE OTHER SIDE. A place that grows artists, creates art and stimulates self-expression. To make this happen we use the value of living by the rhythms and cycles of nature. In this modern world, many of us are distracted by the artificial rhythms of life. It’s our mission to help them find and release their natural, personal beat. A beat that will bring them perfectly in sync with the essence of being.
THE OTHER SIDE has various spaces for you: a 1000-person club space (adjustable to allow for smaller groups), a 100-person balcony space overlooking the club, a 250-person studio space, and a 10-person music production studio near our office and cosy kitchen. You can rent our entire space or the space which fits you and your idea best. Whether it is an event, workshop, private dinner, wedding reception, corporate party, food market, art exhibition, late-evening talks, a masterclass - you name it, we are happy to have you.
Want to know about our sound system? At THE OTHER SIDE, we are the first club in the world to feature an L-ISA spatial audio sound system. A 360 degree auditory realm, it is the epitome of artistic evolution, creativity and self-expression. You'll feel like you're "inside the music" as it envelopes you. What a better place to gather and experience your event than in this unique sound-panorama space.
THE OTHER SIDE is open to you from Monday to Thursday, from 10.00 until late, around our schedule of immersive club events on Friday and Saturdays. Find your rhythm with us, release it, and we'll be right there by your side at our venue.

Yes! We leave catering primarily for you to organise. The bar (drinks) is always arranged by us.
