The Broodfabriek in Rijswijk is a fully equipped industrial event, conference, and exhibition venue with excellent accessibility in the Randstad region.
The Broodfabriek is situated in the former bread factory of Bakery Hus. For decades, thousands of bread, pastries, currant buns, and tens of thousands of rolls were baked here. Now, this surprising industrial location boasts fully furnished conference and banquet rooms, innovative subspaces, and event halls Bakery 1 and 2, which can be used individually or combined. It can accommodate from 100 to 10,000 guests. Many facilities are already available, from audiovisual equipment and lighting to furniture and decoration. The location is easily accessible and offers ample on-site parking, unique in the Randstad.
Spaces Each room has its own atmosphere and appearance and comes equipped with (LED) lighting, theater spotlights, projectors, and XXL projection screens as standard. The Horeca Plaza is the central meeting point of The Broodfabriek, the place to be for delicious food, drinks, and pure conviviality, and is very suitable for formal or informal receptions, lunches, receptions, dinners, or evening parties. The adjacent Patria room features a large stage, a professional sound system, industrial walls, and black theater curtains all around. The nearby Hus room is adorned with stylish carpeting and industrial Dudok chandeliers, making it excellent for breakout sessions in the innovative Inflates, dinners, or as a second plenary room.
If you need more space, you can use event halls Bakery 1 and 2, where the old tunnel ovens and assembly lines of the factory used to be. These spaces are now fully carpeted and host numerous trade shows, product presentations, events, and conferences.
Location and Accessibility The location, situated near the A4 and close to the A12/A13 interchange, is highly accessible by both car and public transportation. Buses and trams stop right at the entrance, and Rijswijk train station is a 10-minute walk away. The Broodfabriek offers ample on-site parking, a rarity in the Randstad. Two large hotels are located within walking distance of The Broodfabriek.

Het Horeca Plaza is de centrale ontmoetingsruimte van De Broodfabriek. The place to be wanneer het gaat om lekker eten, drinken en pure gezelligheid.&nbsp;De zaal beschikt over veel daglicht en uitzicht op het buitenterras. Voor 100 tot 850 personen is de ruimte eenvoudig om te toveren naar een zaal voor bijvoorbeeld uw ontvangst, productpresentatie, netwerkbijeenkomst of personeelsfeest.

Met 5700 m2 is Bakkerij 1 de grootste ruimte in De Broodfabriek. Hier stonden vroeger de tunnels en ovens van de voormalige bakkerij.
Daglicht is aanwezig via dakkoepels. Laden en lossen gaat via de laad- en losdeur. Het hoogste punt in de hal is 6,53 meter, het laagste punt 4,96 meter.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Bakkerij 1 (Beurshal)

Bakkerij 2 is de 2e beurshal van De Broodfabriek met een oppervlakte van 5000m2. De hal beschikt (indien nodig) over een eigen entree en is geheel voorzien van tapijttegels. Er zijn 2 vaste barpunten met terras aan beide zijden van de hal aanwezig inclusief 2 toiletgroepen.&nbsp; Daglicht is aanwezig via dakkoepels die met 1 druk op de knop zijn te verduisteren. Laden en lossen gaat via de laad- en losdeuren aan beide zijden van de hal. Het hoogste punt in de hal is 7,92 meter, het laagste punt 5,16 meter.&nbsp;

Plug &amp; Play! De Patria zaal beschikt over een studiovloer, groot podium en theatergordijnen rondom. In de zaal hangen richt- en theaterspots en een professioneel line array geluidssysteem. Van 100 tot 600 personen komt uw congres, theater of feest hier goed tot zijn recht!

Vergaderen, brainstormen, discussie.. wanneer u naast de plenaire zaal ook subruimtes / break out ruimtes nodig heeft, zijn onze innovatieve Inflates een goede oplossing. Deze opblaasbare units kunnen flexibel worden geplaatst in de gehuurde ruimte naar keuze. Daarnaast zijn er ook uitstekende mogelijkheden om door middel van pipe &amp; drape en/of standbouw het gewenste aantal ruimtes te cre&euml;ren.
