Meet at the bottom of a swimming pool, brainstorm in Leiden's newest Greenhouse or present in a small-scale auditorium. You continue to be amazed at ECC Leiden, the most creative meeting location and hotspot in South Holland. Meet in one of the 15 trendy meeting rooms or brainstorm at The Pool, the relaxed hub, the vintage Greenhouse or the 80's Classroom. This is not only one of the nicest locations for meetings and small events, but certainly a very surprising one.
Innovative hotspots ECC Leiden has been completely renovated and restyled, with all 15 rooms being upgraded with an industrial look &amp; feel. Good for meetings &amp; events from 2 to 300 people. Nice innovative hotspots have recently been added such as The Pool, The Terrace, The Canteen and The Classroom. This allows us to give our guests a total experience for all kinds of gatherings where enjoyment and inspiration are central. Together with the healthy food concepts of catering by Dames Dietz, ECC Leiden offers a surprising location for your meeting. In addition, we offer the excellent service of our meeting hosts who are at your service throughout the day for questions, extras and changes.&nbsp;
Let's get acquainted With a mix between vintage and Mediterranean atmospheres, The Greenhouse has been created on the terrace. Here our meeting guests can enjoy their lunch or drinks in a trendy greenhouse or simply relax on the couch. But this welcome addition to the terrace is also an excellent choice as a break-out space or informal meeting. The Greenhouse is heated so you can stay here all year round.
In 2023 we opened The Classroom. A small-scale auditorium for 32 people is the starting point for this meeting room. If there are fewer people, the chairs can be folded down to form a table, which may be desirable for seminars or a workshop. Also, The Classroom is suitable for a reception, film presentation, training or studio for hybrid meetings. The hip, inspiring environment will do it all!
The Pool is by far the most inspiring hotspot at our location. Are you looking for something different? Here you will experience a unique ambiance in a former hotel pool. Previously you had only access in swimwear, but nowadays you can have comfortably meetings or organize a pool party, small wedding ceremony, drinks or a brainstorm session. Completed by original lifebuoys, swimming hook, beach chairs and the tiles all around you. Supplemented with today's comfort such as comfortable chairs, the latest technology, a lovely coffee corner, lounge areas and cozy lighting. It is clear that this will stimulate creativity. Add some background music and your meeting certainly surprises all.ECC Leiden offers:

Tijdens lange vergaderdagen hebben onze gasten een heerlijke break-out spot op ons terras, naar gelang het seizoen in een zomerse beach-look of winterse setting. Nu kunnen we onze vergadergasten altijd een heerlijk buitengevoel geven, eventueel verwarmd met heaters. Van origine gebruikt in de tuinbouw heeft deze stijlvolle kas nu een tweede leven gekregen in Leiden. Ook voor gezellige events te huur!

The Cabin is met 53 m² identiek aan de naastgelegen vergaderzaal The Space. Met ook die fijne loungeplek, koffiehoek en direct daglicht. Hier kan je comfortabel vergaderen.

The Bar, het kloppend hart van onze meeting locatie. Een supermooie hotspot, geïnspireerd op de industriële stijl van het hele pand maar dan in een warme, eigentijdse setting.. Hier wacht je een gezellige afternoon break na je meeting maar kan je ook terecht voor een (kerst- of zomer-)borrel met collega’s of andere happenings. En dat alles onder het toeziend oog van onze Vader des Vaderlands aan de muur, een echte eyecatcher ;).

The Bar bij ECC Leiden 

Men is nooit te oud om te leren ;). Onze Classroom biedt een vast auditorium met zitplekken voor. 32 personen. Voor kleinere gezelschappen kan er een gedeelte van de stoelen omgeklapt worden zodat er ook een schrijftafeltje naast de zitplek ontstaat. Ook voor een receptie, filmpresentatie, seminar of workshop zit je in The Classroom op je best. De hippe, inspirerende omgeving doet de rest.

The Edge (96 m²) biedt een fijne omgeving voor jouw meeting of event. Met grote ramen en veel indirect daglicht voel je je hier de hele dag comfortabel. De sfeervolle loungehoek en warme kleuren dragen hier zeker aan bij!

The Studio's we offer are 25m² in size and equipped with an oval table and six luxurious chairs. A wonderful workplace for yourself and/or a meeting for up to 6 people. Including a fixed whiteboard with flipchart and your own coffee/tea corner. Direct daylight, beautiful lighting and trendy plants completes these functional studio's!

The Square is 213 m² en daarmee onze grootste meeting room, centraal gelegen in het hart van onze locatie. Ideaal voor middelgrote bijeenkomsten. Lekker veel ruimte dus, ook om te loungen in de eigen comfortabele zithoek.

The Terrace is een omsloten terras met Greenhouse voorzien van comfortabele loungeseats en het gevoel van een zonnige dag waar geen einde aan lijkt te komen. Door de Greenhouse is deze hotspot ook geschikt bij minder mooi weer. Met een flinke dosis bamboe, fijne hangstoelen, poefjes en kleden hebben wij de beach vibes naar ons terras gehaald. Inclusief terrasbar en loungemuziek en ook geschikt om hier lekker je lunch te nuttigen.

Wij bieden de lunch voor onze vergadergasten aan vanuit onze gloednieuwe ruimte: The Canteen. Hier stel je jouw ideale lunch samen vanaf verschillende plateaus: luxe belegde broodjes, verse sapjes, gezonde salades en energierijke yoghurtjes. Aangevuld met zoete lekkernijen en hartige bites om de energie aan het eind van de dag nog even op te krikken voor de laatste vergaderspurt. Let’s meet & eat 😉

Heb je je lunch gepakt? Loop dan door naar de volgende ruimte om hier rustig van te genieten. De relax-ruimte aangrenzend aan The Canteen is in rustige, Noord-Afrikaanse sfeer ingericht. Heerlijk ontspannen. Plof neer op de banken en onstpan nog even voordat je weer teruggaat naar de vergaderzaal. De centrale ligging maakt deze ruimte zowel vanuit de vergaderzalen als The Canteen gemakkelijk toegankelijk. Hier kom je straks toch ook weer even terug? Met of zonder snack ;).

Deze ruime zaal van 152 m² zal je zeker bevallen. Met haar hoge plafond (4.00 meter) biedt The Imperial een ruime beleving voor je bijeenkomst. Achterin vind je een fijne zithoek met coffee corner. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de ingang meteen uitkomend in de lounge.

De 1e indruk moet goed zijn! Bij binnenkomst in ECC Leiden kom je meteen in onze sfeervolle lounge, waar met liefde en oog voor detail diverse zitjes en loungebanken staan opgesteld. Hier start je met een lekkere cappuccino of kan je even brainstormen tussen de meetings door. Ook bij grotere evenementen wordt de lounge vaak als ontmoetingsruimte of break-out gebruikt. De overige ruimtes zijn vanaf hier allemaal gemakkelijk te bereiken. Voel je welkom!

The Lounge

Onze hippe Pool biedt een inspirerende plek als je anders dan anders wilt vergaderen. Zónder water, zit je letterlijk op de bodem van een zwembad in comfortabele fauteuils, aangekleed met huiselijke vloerkleden en een gezellige, verrassende inrichting. En zeg nu zelf: life is better poolside! Dit betreft een ruimte van 350 m².

De gang die overloopt van de vergaderzalen naar het terras met de Greenhouse. Ook hier gezellige zitjes, groen en vloerkleden voor het gezellige huiskamergevoel.

The Greenhouse is gelegen op ons ruime terras en is een comfortabele kas, voorzien van vintage meubilair, veel planten, heaters, open haard en een relaxte sfeer. Ideaal voor een break, borrel, receptie of om je lunch te nuttigen tijdens je vergaderdag.

The Cube/ Edge is 192 m² groot en de zaal heeft Mediterrane kleuren en een gezellige zithoek voor een warme, huiselijke toon tijdens jouw meeting. Bovendien is de ruimte aangekleed met hippe beplanting en vloerkleden voor een 'urban jungle' gevoel om te relaxen of op een ander niveau te brainstormen. Deze zaal beschikt over indirect daglicht.

The Imperial / Square is 360 m² groot, heeft een industriële maar warme look en beschikt over een eigen comfortabele loungehoek om te brainstormen of te relaxen. De zaal is aangekleed met vloerkleden en planten voor een 'urban jungle feeling' en beschikt over meerdere entrees. Ideaal voor congressen tot zo'n 250 personen en presentaties.

Dé ideale plek voor een heerlijk verkoelend drankje en gezelligheid met collega’s na een lange vergadering. Met unieke containerbar, comfortabele loungeseats en een beachy uitstraling hebben we een stukje Ibiza naar Leiden gehaald! Zit het weer toch niet mee? Dan kun je uitwijken naar The Bar of The Greenhouse.

Onze hippe Pool valt in de categorie ‘uitblinkers’ als het gaat om een inspirerende plek als je anders dan anders wilt vergaderen. Zónder water, zit je letterlijk op de bodem van het zwembad in comfortabele seats, met huiselijke vloerkleden en een gezellige, industriële inrichting. En met de ruime afmetingen zit je in niemands vaarwater, wel zo prettig. Of je nu kiest voor een klasopstelling voor 15 personen of een receptie tot 50 personen. Let’s jump in and loose yourself.
