Stadsfort Zwier (Coming soon)

Starting in January, Zwier will open its second location: Stadsfort Zwier (more images will follow in January).

Located in a historic spot just outside of Amsterdam is Stadsfort Zwier: an old fort that gets new life as a unique venue for business meetings and events. Here, in the midst of greenery and surrounded by water and history, you will find all the space to come together with your team or organization. With our personal attention and a genuine focus on the content of the day, we ensure that everything is just right. 

The heart of the site is the Genieloods. A large, bright space with high windows, sturdy details, and all the facilities you need. Ideal for groups of up to 100 people. Think of training sessions, events, seminars, or presentations. The hall has its own technology, a living room, a Zwier kitchen, and a spacious terrace outside.

In 2026, we will further expand the fort with a meeting room for smaller groups; the Fortwachterswoning. This space can also be used as a breakout room when you are using the Genieloods. 

What makes Stadsfort Zwier special? The combination of tranquility, character, and functionality. It is not a standard meeting location.  It is a place where you can truly be together in a different way. And if you want to extend your stay with overnight accommodations or multiple days? Then we seamlessly combine your program with our location Vrijhaven Zwier, at the Vinkeveense Plassen.
