This unique space in the basement has its own bar, an acoustic insulation layer on the ceiling, LED spots, and is fully soundproof and blackout. Therefore, MIN1 is very suitable for live music, a DJ, and/or multimedia productions.

The space contains wooden air ducts that used to blow in cold air to freeze agricultural products. These ducts have now been repurposed for the cooling and ventilation system.
