The Beach House is located on the large beach of Strandzuid. It is an intimate space with its own bar for groups of up to 150 people. In combination with the spacious terrace, the maximum number of guests can be increased to 250 people. The indoor location has a typical summer atmosphere, with playful elements and plenty of light. The terrace overlooks the beach and has several umbrellas with heaters. The furniture has a standard layout both indoors and outdoors with different seating areas, but can of course be adjusted as desired.

The Ski Hut, located at the entrance of Zuidpool, is an intimate space for groups of up to 150 people. The room has its own bar and a covered winter terrace. Inside, there is a typical winter atmosphere, with playful elements, lots of wood, and a warm appearance. The furniture has a standard layout with different seating areas, but can be fully adjusted as desired. Perfect for small-scale, yet atmospheric gatherings. The Ski Hut exudes the coziness of a mountain cabin and combines a warm wooden decor with playful details. The space feels intimate and informal, making guests feel welcome right away. Thanks to the adjoining winter terrace, there is also space outside to gather and enjoy the unique setting.
