The Beach House is located on the large beach of Strandzuid. It is an intimate space with its own bar for groups of up to 150 people. In combination with the spacious terrace, the maximum number of people can be increased to 250. The indoor location has a typical summer atmosphere, with playful elements and plenty of light. The terrace overlooks the beach and has several umbrellas with heaters. The furniture has a standard layout both indoors and outdoors with various seating areas, but can of course be adjusted according to preference.

The Ski Hut, located at the entrance of Zuidpool, is an intimate space for groups of up to 150 people. The room has its own bar and a covered winter terrace. Inside, there is a typical winter atmosphere, with playful elements, lots of wood, and a warm appearance. The furniture has a standard layout with various seating areas, but can be fully adjusted according to preference. Perfect for small-scale, yet atmospheric gatherings. The Ski Hut exudes the coziness of a mountain hut and combines a warm wooden interior with playful details. The space feels intimate and informal, making guests feel immediately welcome. Thanks to the adjoining winter terrace, there is also outdoor space to come together and enjoy the unique setting.
