De Koepelzaal, gesitueerd op de eerste verdieping tussen de Biljartzaal en de Leeszaal, dankt haar naam aan de lichtdoorlatende glas-in- lood-koepel die over bijna de gehele lengte van de zaal strekt. Haar rode strakke interieur is volledig in de Art-Deco stijl zoals de omliggende zalen.
De Koepelzaal is zeer geschikt als ruimte voor workshops, presentaties en lezingen. Uiteraard kunnen ook in deze zaal borrels en recepties en/of diners worden georganiseerd.
