Wanneer de Amsterdamse brouwerij nog in gebruik was, werd de bovenste verdieping of “Het Koelschip” gebruikt om de hete wort af te koelen voordat de gist werd toegevoegd – simpelweg door de vele ramen te openen en de koele Nederlandse lucht zijn werk te laten doen. Tegenwoordig biedt onze bovenste verdieping je een geweldig uitzicht over de stad, waardoor het de coolste plek is om een diner of feestje te organiseren.
