About the space
The Koepelzaal and Sterrenzaal were originally used as an observatory for astronomy. This was indeed the Department of Astronomy. The height and layout of this hall were perfect for research into the stars.
The Sterren- and Koepelzaal are extremely suitable for business meetings, conferences, break-outs, and receptions. Since the halls are almost adjacent to the Husly Lounge, it is also very easy to combine them. Additionally, the reception area within this hall is a nice addition to welcome your guests with a drink or snack. Unique is the oval shape of the space, which gives you a 360-degree view of Amsterdam. The old traditional wooden beams add a cozy character, and with the extra break-out space within the hall, the possibilities are vast.
