TR25 - Location Schouwburg: The cultural heart of Rotterdam. The sleekly designed Schouwburg, created by architect Wim Quist in 1988, has been transformed by scenographer Jan Versweyveld into a contemporary and tasteful space. This striking building is the perfect setting for both small and large-scale events (up to 1000 people).

Our iconic Schouwburg is located in the vibrant heart of Rotterdam, within walking distance of Central Station and with a nearby parking garage for added convenience. The location offers various multifunctional rooms, each with its own character:

The Hall – Perfect for festive receptions and presentations, thanks to the Hall Theater, a very multifunctional space.
The Great Hall (max 879 people) – Ideal for conferences and larger gatherings, with advanced technical facilities
The Small Hall (max 160 people) – A versatile and atmospheric space with excellent acoustics, perfect for presentations, intimate performances, and business meetings
The Bay Window – An atmospheric space for up to 100 people, ideal for intimate events
Garden Room – Ideal meeting room with a view of the train

Catering

We provide catering for every occasion, where your wishes are decisive. In collaboration with our regular catering partners, we have something for everyone. We work with Café Restaurant Floor, which borders the Hall, or our catering partners New Wave Catering, Cuzina, SUGO, and Holie Pizza. We will coordinate with you which caterer best fits your event. The possibilities are endless. From an intimate lunch to a culinary three-course dinner. Our event managers are happy to assist you!
